 Russia Village Board of Public Affairs and Council meetings are held at the Village Office located at 232 West Main Street on the second Wednesday of each month.  These are open meetings and the public is welcome to attend.

Meeting times are the following;

The Board of Public Affairs Meeting is held at 6:30 PM.

The Village Council Meeting is held at 7:30 PM.          

Office hours

         Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:00 PM and Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.

         Other times by appointment.
